Key Responsibilities: Call and connect with potential learners/parents from the provided leads. Understand customer needs and explain Infinity Learn’s courses in a clear and convincing manner. Convert leads into sales and meet weekly/monthly targets. Regularly follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Update call details and progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals. Candidate Requirements: Languages Preferred: Hindi & Kannada (fluency in either or both will be an added advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Education: Any graduate.
