The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls, converting leads into sales, meeting revenue targets, and effectively promoting our online courses. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Explain product features, benefits, and services clearly to prospective clients. Convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and offering solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Generate revenue through effective sales techniques & Achieve sales targets. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with the team. Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to optimize sales strategies and results. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging manner. Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals. Proficiency in languages such as Hindi and English. Basic computer proficiency. Educational Qualifications: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
