Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Sector-48 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and client service, with a strong background in hotel or hospitality sales being preferred.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage direct queries from various sources.
Provide after-sales service for clients.
Generate new leads and expand business PAN India.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in inside sales, cold calling, inbound calls handling, outbound calling, and voice process is desirable.
