UTL is ISO and ATex certified, emphasizing quality, safety, and workforce engagement in their operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Customer Support/Success located in Satara. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support for product inquiries, technical assistance, order tracking, and post-sale issues.Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with mechanical products.Educate customers about the features, benefits, and proper use of our products to ensure they get the maximum value.Monitor customer accounts to ensure products are meeting performance expectations and resolve any issues proactively.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.Manage customer complaints, working to resolve concerns while ensuring that company policies and standards are met.Track customer feedback and issues, providing insights and recommendations for product improvement and service enhancements.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the ERP system.Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive long-term relationships and retention.Prepare and deliver customer reports, detailing the status of their orders, products, or ongoing support cases.Support the implementation of customer success strategies aimed at increasing product adoption, usage, and satisfaction.Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and internal departmentsSupport the export process including documentation, shipping, and complianceRequired Skills & Qualifications:MBA in Marketing (mandatory)Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)BE - MechanicalSalary: Depend on InterviewJoining: Immediate or as per notice period
