Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Outbound Sales Associate with technology/ solutions sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling introductory calls with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and possess the uncanny ability to find, connect and engage with potential clients in markets in the USA. Key Responsibilities: Perform research to discover prospective clients and key decision-makers. Use various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in services offered by Logix Guru. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and regularly update it with new information. Schedule introductory calls and follow up with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate. Collaborate with the sales team and identify target accounts and develop lead generation strategies. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and the quality of leads generated. Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 - 5 yrs. experience using lead generation tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal communication skill for the US market Active sales experience in the US Market Preferred Qualifications: Education/background in IT Active sales experience in IT staffing in the US Pittsburgh market Sales experience to healthcare and financial services industry
