Key responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for data storage, queries, and optimization.Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless front-end-backend communication.Build responsive and interactive UI components with React.js.Implement state management using Redux or Context API.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.Troubleshoot and debug issues in both frontend and backend systems.Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth application flow.Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in MERN Stack or Backend development.Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).Strong understanding of React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).Knowledge of ETL pipelines, NATS Streaming Service, Twilio Messaging, or MixPanel is a bonus.
