Job Title: PingFederate – IAM Expert Location: Onsite Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior Engineer Industry: Technology Need : 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled PingFederate - IAM (Identity and Access Management) Expert to join our growing security engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining PingFederate-based SSO and federation solutions across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade SSO solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory Design and configure SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Fed, and other federation protocols Support outbound/inbound SSO integrations for internal and third-party applications (cloud and on-prem) Customize token processors and mapping using OpenToken, JWT, and attribute sources Develop and manage authentication policies and adaptive MFA integrations Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM systems and services Collaborate with security architects, app owners, and other stakeholders to support IAM lifecycle and onboarding Perform version upgrades, patching, and migration activities Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with PingFederate and IAM solutions Strong knowledge of federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) Expertise with Ping Identity platform tools: PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingDirectory Experience configuring authentication sources: LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST APIs Solid understanding of security principles, zero trust, and RBAC Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Postman, etc., for monitoring and testing Experience with high-availability and load-balanced IAM environments Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications: Ping Identity certifications (e.g., PingFederate Certified Professional) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Exposure to multi-cloud IAM environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, NIST Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
