Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Innovation and Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO, with a focus on innovation and partnerships.
Strong understanding of customer experience management and its applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
