About the Role: We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist - PPC Specialist with a proven track record in the travel domain , specifically with expertise in generating high-quality call inquiries for flight sales within the US . You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing targeted Google Ads campaigns designed to drive direct customer calls and maximize flight bookings for these key markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns specifically focused on driving call inquiries for flight sales across Search, and potentially Display & YouTube, targeting the US markets. Conduct in-depth keyword research relevant to flight bookings, popular US destinations, and travel intent within these regions. Implement and manage effective call extensions with region-specific phone numbers , location extensions, and other relevant ad extensions to maximize call visibility within the US . Strategize and implement bidding strategies optimized for call conversions and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) for calls within the US advertising landscape. Oversee Google Merchant Center (if applicable for travel products) and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of call conversions and user behavior within the targeted markets. Leverage GA4 to analyze website traffic, user journeys, and call conversion data specific to US users to identify optimization opportunities. Implement robust conversion tracking specifically for phone calls originating from Google Ads campaigns targeting the US. Focus on optimizing the pre-call experience (landing pages with US specific content and phone numbers , ad copy tailored to these audiences) to encourage high-intent inquiries. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a strong emphasis on call volume, call quality, and conversion rates within the US markets. Generate and present detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting call metrics and actionable insights for the US and Canada. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a demonstrable focus and success in the travel domain, specifically driving call-based conversions for flight sales within the US markets. Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing call-centric Google Ads campaigns targeting US audiences. Strong understanding of keyword research tools and methodologies specific to the travel industry and the nuances of the US and Canadian online search behavior. Experience with implementing and managing call tracking solutions with the ability to differentiate and analyze calls originating from the US within Google Ads and Google Analytics. Familiarity with optimizing landing pages for call conversions, with an understanding of US user expectations and preferences. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret call data segmented by US performance to drive strategic decisions. Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a passion for the travel industry and digital marketing, with an understanding of the US online landscape. Shift Timings : US Shift timings
