The selected candidates will contribute to curriculum design, training delivery, technical reviews, and academic collaborations, supporting our mission to make scientific education globally relevant and industry-driven. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver course content, practical modules, and case studies in Microbiology, Food Safety, and Lab Management. • Mentor learners through live classes, workshops, and certification programs. • Ensure course alignment with ISO, HACCP, GMP, NABL, and international regulatory standards. • Support curriculum updates, assessments, and industry-based internships. • Contribute to research mentoring, webinars, and academic publications. • Collaborate with national and international experts to enhance program quality. The coach will guide and support students in their professional journey, providing career counseling, job coaching, and interview preparation. Responsibilities will include creating individualized career development plans, conducting career workshops, enhancing employability skills, and assisting students in mapping career opportunities in their chosen domains. Building relationships with potential employers and staying informed about job market trends to align programs accordingly will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Job Coaching and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their career aspirations. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and employers. Expertise in Career Development and Interview Preparation to enhance students' career readiness and competitiveness. Knowledge of current industry trends and demands in relevant life sciences fields. Experience working with higher education institutions or career development initiatives is preferred.
