Inner Leap™ is Hiring | Project-Based Learning Support & Content Associate (0–3 years experience) We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Project-Based Learning Support & Content Associate to assist with our behavioural, leadership, and performance-led interventions. Inner Leap™ is a one-of-its-kind mindshift practice that blends art, science, and strategy, where co-learning enables individuals and organisations to stand differently, for life. Our programs span immersive, art-led transformation, behavioural skill-building, leadership development, and business performance including sales, customer excellence, and operational readiness. Role Overview You’ll work closely with the Inner Leap team across: Training Coordination - On-ground support during live sessions Content Development - Research, structure, and co-create training material Facilitation Support - Co-host and assist delivery when needed Training Ops Support - Maintain training calendars, dashboards, and post-session creatives for clients BD Support (Good To Have) – If you enjoy outreach, there’s room to support in client communication and business development too Ideal Profile Quick on the uptake, well-spoken, and presentable 0–3 years of experience in HR, L&D, Psychology, or Communication ( a keen interest in performing arts would be ideal ) Strong research and content creation skills Interest in facilitation, learning design, and people transformation Comfortable working on diverse themes from sales performance to personal growth Must-Haves Physical presence at all training sessions ( Non Negotiable ) Immediate availability Smart AI use - yes. Complete dependence - No. We prefer humans who can outthink the algorithm.
