Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Infrastructure Supervisor (Site Supervisor) to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil site supervision, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely execution of work.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee workforce productivity and material usage on-site.
• Assist in problem-solving and provide technical guidance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience)
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Candidates residing in and around Kochi will be given priority.
