Dear Connections, TEKsystems is hiring for the role Infrastructure Project Manager. Exp - 8+ Years Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Location - Pune (Hybrid), Pune candidates are preferred JD - Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Perform technical tasks such as Linux server administration, database management, and deployments using Jenkins pipelines. Automate deployment processes and improve CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role with 10-15 Yrs of Experience. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Linux administration and database management. Proficiency in CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins. Experience with automation and deployment processes. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Linux server administration Database management (e.g.Oracle, MySQL & Mongo) CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) Configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
