Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding Customer strategies and business requirements, creating Architectural technologies and business roadmap to drive strong business/IT alignment, collaborating with key infra domain, presales, and customer architects, assessing business needs capacity management, and establishing the technical framework. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of at least one tower DC technology such as Virtualization VCF, Unix, AD & Exchange, Storage & backup, Network (LAN & WAN) and Security, and Service Integration & management tools. Your excellent ability to handle Customers & IT Vendors, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, will be crucial to effectively presenting findings and reports to local and senior business management levels.
