Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Manage
tower operations and maintenance
, ensuring structural integrity, safety compliance, and optimal functionality.
Handle vendor contracts and service agreements for housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, and other facility services.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and towers.
Coordinate office space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace ergonomics.
Handle emergency situations and implement disaster recovery plans.
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 7+ years of experience
in facility management, including tower management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and tower infrastructure.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
