🏥 Job Description — Business Development Executive (Healthcare Projects) Experience: 3–5 years (Sales / Business Development) Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Equipment / Infrastructure / Consultancy Education: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Location: Pune Role Overview We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in our hospital consultancy and turnkey hospital setup business. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, tender follow-ups, and supporting hospital project expansion across India. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and convert new hospital & healthcare infrastructure clients Build long-term relationships with promoters, doctors, hospital owners, architects & consultants Generate leads through networking, field visits, industry events & digital outreach Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for proposals & solutions Participate in client meetings and presentations Track RFPs / tenders and coordinate submission Achieve revenue & conversion targets Maintain CRM entries, pipeline dashboards & reports Support brand-building initiatives and strategic alliances Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development Preferred industries: Healthcare / Hospitals / Medical Devices / Healthcare Real Estate / EPC / Consultancy Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers Self-driven, target-oriented & willing to travel Proficiency in CRM tools & reporting preferred Good to Have Experience working with hospital administrators & promoters Exposure to government & private healthcare procurement Understanding of the hospital project lifecycle 📩 Apply at: rohit@inframedics.com
