Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability while adhering to established operating models and processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Azure workloads, resolving platform issues, and ensuring performance, availability, and security of AI-driven applications in a cloud-native environment
Roles & Responsibilities:GenAI Platform Support:-Provide operational support for Azure OpenAI, including prompt troubleshooting, usage management, and API integration. -Support Azure AI Search, AI Translator, and ensure smooth integration with downstream applications. -Assist in monitoring performance, response times, and usage thresholds of AI services.PaaS & Application Support:-Support and maintain Azure App Services, App Service Plans, and Azure Functions.

Troubleshoot deployment issues, app performance problems, and scaling challenges. -Secure applications using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and API Management.Data & Storage Services:-Provide support for Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage used by GenAI solutions. -Troubleshoot database connectivity, performance, backup/restore issues, and role-based access.Monitoring & Incident Response:-Use Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics to proactively detect and resolve issues. -Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes and lessons learned. -Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to drive issue resolution and improvements.DevOps & CI/CD-Support application deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). -Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployments and rollback procedures. -Assist in pipeline maintenance and support versioning, artifact management, and environment configuration
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Generative AI.

Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Experience with server and network management.

Familiarity with various operating systems and software products.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Landing Zone & Network Support:-Assist with governance and operations within the Azure Landing Zone, including policy enforcement and RBAC. -Provide basic support for networking configurations:-VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, and Firewalls.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
