Job Overview

We are hiring an Infra Engineer (L1.5) to support IT infrastructure and cloud operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows/Linux servers, VMware, and basic Azure/AWS administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts, dashboards & tickets to manage incidents and requests.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, perform system health checks & backups.
• Manage VMware virtual machines and support Azure/AWS cloud environments.
• Handle Active Directory user/group management.
• Maintain ITSM documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux Server administration.
• Hands-on with VMware; basic Azure/AWS exposure.
• Understanding of Networking, Storage & AD management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Preferred: AWS/Azure Foundation Certification.

Immediate joiners or candidates with 0–15 days notice period preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
