Key responsibilities

• Support all phases of client projects, including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.
• Develop requirement specifications from business needs and define "to-be" processes and functional designs.
• Configure solutions, diagnose issues, and propose alternative solutions.
• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and report on findings.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions that help clients with digital transformation.

Required skills and experience

• Performance testing tools:

  Proficiency with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Neoload.

• Testing environments:

  Experience with performance testing in Unix and Windows environments.

• Scripting and programming:

  Strong skills in scripting (e.g., Shell Scripting, Bean Shell) and core programming concepts (e.g., Java).

• Databases:

  Experience with Oracle SQL queries is beneficial.

• Frameworks:

  Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG is a plus.

• Cloud/Containers:

  Experience with testing in Docker and Kubernetes environments is desirable.

• Methodologies:

  Experience within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Monitoring tools:

  Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.

• Soft skills:

  Strong communication (written and oral) and critical thinking skills.
