Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile AI Automation and Conversational AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent workflows and conversational systems. You’ll work across platforms like n8n, Dialogflow, ElevenLabs, Amazon Polly, and OpenAI, integrating them into seamless automation pipelines that enhance customer and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

Build and optimize conversational AI agents using Dialogflow, Rasa, or LLM-based frameworks.

Integrate text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) tools such as ElevenLabs, Amazon Polly, or Google Speech APIs.

Connect workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party tools to create intelligent pipelines.

Monitor, debug, and continuously improve automation reliability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong experience with AI workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, etc.).

Hands-on experience with conversational AI frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar).

Familiarity with TTS/STT platforms (ElevenLabs, Polly, Azure Speech).

Solid understanding of Python or JavaScript for API integration and automation.

Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation (JSON, CSV).

Problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability and reliability.

Nice to Have

Experience with LLM-based workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Familiarity with voice agent design or AI phone assistant systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
