Key Responsibilities: Learn and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding). Understand client job requirements and identify the right talent using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and job fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Learn and apply knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately. Eligibility Criteria: Fresh graduates or candidates with 04 years of experience in US IT recruitment or any recruitment/sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. Comfortable working US night shifts (EST/PST time zones).
