Looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to define product strategy, manage the roadmap, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive delivery for large-scale digital/IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own product vision, roadmap, and feature planning.
Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage product backlog.
Partner with engineering, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
Manage stakeholder communication, product demos, and release management.
Track product KPIs, user adoption, and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum delivery standards.
Required Skills
12+ years in product management/business analysis/IT delivery.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management skills.
Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
Good understanding of digital platforms, APIs, cloud basics, and UX principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Good to Have
Domain experience: Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance.
Tools: Jira, Confluence, ADO, Figma/Miro.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP.
