We value passion, creativity, and dedication to excellence. Job Summary: Programmers.IO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our Internal IT organization in Jaipur office. The IT Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, policy development, and team leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, provide exceptional technical support, and drive IT initiatives that align with our business objectives. Must Have :- Must be from IT company or Service based Company. Communication should be above Power as per market standards. ITIL framework, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and enterprise systems, Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft/Cisco) are a plus. Good to have :- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python). In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2). Experience managing IT in a fast-paced, growing organization, preferably in the software development industry.
