Job Description

Job Description: Job Seekers must meet the minimum requirements outlined. Follow an established process for pre-approvals, orders and fulfillment of software add-on features 2. Process orders received via email, and track their status in spreadsheet (Excel or Smartsheet) and ticketing systems (Jira) 3. Handle inquiries about order pricing, scheduling and timing 4. Notify customers via email when orders are fulfilled 5. Must join occasional meetings around 8AM to 9AM Pacific. All other work can be performed in normal IST hours. Must have good English reading and writing skills. Desired Skills: 1. Customer service minded 2. Organization 3. Basic experience with Jira or similar ticketing system Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc. Builds and maintain business relationship with internal clients and partners by providing prompt and accurate service. 3 years of experience are required.
