Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support at GMP Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Sirhind (chunni kalan). The role will involve providing network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service support on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Network Administration and Information Technology skillsTroubleshooting and Network Security skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of day to day IT related issuesMS Outlook configuration,Backup Handeling, cctv management, desktop/Laptop installation and troubleshooting skills.Basic Knowledge of Domain server and Fileserver.Remote Support
