Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to internal users Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations Maintain IT documentation and asset records Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain SLAs Assist in maintaining security protocols and user access rights Manage Zoom app functioning Handle WATI software operations Integrate apps with existing systems Manage Pebbly platform operations Support automation and AI initiatives Requirements Basic understanding of IT systems and software tools Interest in automation, AI, and cloud-based communication platforms Strong problem-solving ability and a keen desire to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with tools like Zoom, WATI, or Pebbly Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related filed About Company: Founded in 2013-14 by Jatin Rajpal, our institute initially focused on delivering exceptional economics classes.
