Follow-ups & Customer Satisfaction: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure service satisfaction. 5. CRM Management: Update and maintain call logs, client data, and service requests. Requirements: 1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi. 2. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle client concerns and provide solutions effectively. 3. Basic IT Troubleshooting: Ability to guide users on software-related issues.
