Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, administering network and system operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. The role includes monitoring and resolving network performance issues, managing backups, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Network Administration and System Administration
• Strong Information Technology skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
