Job Description

Responsibilities :- The successful candidate shall be responsible for performing the following activities: Implement and manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, & Azure services to optimise business operations. Implement and manage ERPNext, contributing to process optimisation and operational efficiency. Install and maintain IT and communication hardware, including servers, routers, switches, network devices, and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoot hardware & network issues, perform diagnostics & implement repairs or replacements. Implement and maintain electronic and cyber security measures, including surveillance systems, firewall configurations, access controls, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols. Provide technical support and training to end-users, assisting with hardware, software, security, and system-related enquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide timely solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to propose innovative ICT strategies. The successful candidate shall demonstrate the following attributes: Essential :- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Business 365 suite, SharePoint, and Azure services. Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cyber security principles. Experience with access control systems and protocols. Familiarity with ERP systems, with hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation. Strong command on programming languages like Python, C++, HTML and Java. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Desired:- 5+ years of experience in implementing ICT & digital systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Previous involvement in ERP implementation projects. Relevant certifications in Microsoft & ERPNext platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 and ERPNext certified). Knowledge of cyber security practices and threat mitigation, and cyber essentials plus certification. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and use of DevOps. Show more Show less
