About The Company: ARA's client is a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain and process expertise. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Informatica cloud Techno Functional Resource who will be responsible for understanding business requirements from stakeholders and providing technical solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in technical design and be able to create and support integration projects related to Salesforce, Snowflake using ResT API, and other relevant technologies. Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop technical design documents for developers to follow Support integration projects related to Salesforce, Snowflake and other relevant technologies Should have working experience on Informatica application and data integration. Should be able to use service connectors on custom APIs Test and validate integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements Troubleshoot issues related to the integration and provide timely resolutions Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth integration of systems Provide technical guidance and support to the development team as needed Skills Required: Solid understanding of IICS, Salesforce, Snowflake, API, and other relevant technologies Strong technical design and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of work experience, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
