Job Description

Role & responsibilities Direct Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from BA Liaise with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received Work closely in a one team” approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams Provide support to operations from a technical perspective as per the defined internal rota Undertake release manager responsibilities as per the defined internal rota Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical: Primary / Mandatory – I nformatica PowerCenter Secondary – SQL / Sybase ASE or any other RDBMS Scripting (PowerShell / Perl / Unix) Behavioral: Ability to analyze requirement specifications, and from them, design and develop reliable, robust and sustainable IT solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work pro-actively and independently with minimal supervision, while being part of a focused and driven team Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a global team setup Commitment to deadlines, following-up on issues and changes, sense of drive and urgency Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
