Job Summary:

Informatica MDM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  Informatica MDM

  solutions with a focus on

  Customer 360 (C360)

  architecture.
• Implement

  IDQ

  for data profiling, cleansing, validation, and monitoring to ensure high-quality master data.
• Create and maintain

  data models

  aligned with business objectives and future scalability.
• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data policies.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to understand and translate requirements into MDM solutions.
• Drive data remediation and cleanup initiatives across systems to achieve

  single source of truth

  .
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex data issues in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation including data lineage, metadata dictionary, and system mappings.
• Continuously improve performance of MDM and IDQ jobs and automate key data quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with at least

  5+ years in Informatica MDM

  .
• Proven expertise in

  Customer 360 (C360)

  implementation.
• Strong experience in

  Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

  – data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Solid understanding of

  MDM architecture

  , data modeling, and master data governance.
• Experience with

  ETL processes

  , data integration, and performance tuning.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with metadata management and data lineage documentation.

Certifications:

• Informatica MDM Certified Specialist

• Informatica Customer 360 Certified

  (preferred)
