Job Title: Informatica Developer Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Develop and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather requirements for data integration projects. Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Maintain and optimize existing ETL workflows for improved performance. Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues. Implement best practices for data governance and compliance. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to resolve issues promptly. Engage in performance tuning of Informatica mappings and sessions. Work within a team to deliver high-quality data solutions on time. Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions. Support data migration initiatives as required. Stay updated with the latest trends in data integration technologies. Assist in training junior team members on Informatica best practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Informatica Developer. Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and its components. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries. Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with ETL processes and data cleansing practices. Solid understanding of database systems such as Oracle or SQL Server. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus. Knowledge of data profiling tools and techniques. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage. Certifications in Informatica or related technologies are preferred. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
