Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
ETL workflows
using
Informatica PowerCenter
and
IICS
.
Perform data integration and transformation between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Develop reusable mappings, mapplets, and workflows ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Work closely with business and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into ETL design.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
Manage job scheduling, monitoring, and error handling within IICS.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems.
Support migration from on-premise Informatica PowerCenter to
IICS (Cloud)
, if applicable.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to automate deployment and testing of ETL jobs.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in
Informatica PowerCenter
and
Informatica IICS
.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with
RDBMS
(Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Experience in integrating with
cloud data sources
(Azure, AWS, GCP, or Snowflake).
Good understanding of
data warehousing concepts
,
ETL best practices
, and
data modeling
.
Experience with
REST/SOAP API integration
within IICS.
Familiarity with
Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
and
Application Integration (CAI)
modules.
Hands-on experience with
version control
,
scheduling tools
, and
DevOps pipelines
is a plus.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with
BigQuery
,
Snowflake
, or
Azure Data Factory
.
Exposure to
Python
or
Shell scripting
for automation.
Experience in
data migration
and
modernization projects
.
Informatica or cloud certifications (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional, Azure Data Engineer) will be an advantage.
