Influencer Operations Intern

Job Summary:

We seek an Operations Manager to oversee influencer marketing campaigns from client onboarding to execution. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, influencers, and internal teams while maintaining campaign efficiency, budget adherence, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities: Client & Campaign Management

• Review client agreements and Influencer Marketing Blueprint from the sales team.
• Maintain a client database to track project timelines.
• Conduct a 30-45 min briefing call to align expectations and document key details.

Influencer Shortlisting & Onboarding

• Reach out to influencers via Instagram DMs and the Cybees database.
• Vet influencers for professionalism, response time, and adherence to deadlines.
• Curate and finalize a list of 20 influencers per campaign within budget.
• Create and share a detailed campaign brief with signed agreements.

Campaign Execution & Content Management

• Ensure timely product dispatch and develop engaging content strategies.
• Work with clients to finalize content scripts and coordinate influencer submissions.
• Manage content review, approvals, and scheduling for seamless posting.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and generate reports on the Cybees platform.
• Ensure campaigns run within 45 days, with influencer finalization in 10 days.
• Maintain client satisfaction through structured feedback collection.
