Voyage Vista Travels is looking for a smart, creative, and well-connected Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer partnerships.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, influencer negotiation, and collaboration management — especially within the travel niche.

Your role will focus on identifying influencers, onboarding them, managing deals, tracking performance, and creating strong brand visibility through influencer-driven content.

Key Responsibilities - Influencer Identification & Outreach

  • Identify relevant travel, lifestyle, and vlog influencers (nano, micro, mid-tier).
  • Send outreach messages and maintain a strong communication funnel.
  • Build a solid influencer database for different markets (Goa, Himachal, Dubai, etc.).

Collaboration & Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing for reels, stories, static posts, and UGC content.
  • Discuss barter deals, discounted stays, and commission-based partnerships.
  • Finalise deliverables, disclaimer lines, and timelines.

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate with influencers for shoot guidelines, scripts, and concepts.
  • Ensure influencers follow brand tone and showcase VVT professionally.
  • Track real-time postings and ensure deadlines are met.

Performance Tracking

  • Maintain campaign sheets (engagement, reach, bookings generated).
  • Monitor influencer ROI and weekly results.
  • Analyse which influencers are driving maximum bookings for VVT.

Content & Asset Management

  • Collect influencer reels, raw clips, UGC content, and testimonials.
  • Upload and maintain assets in Google Drive.
  • Provide content ideas as per trends and VVT promotions.

Reporting

  • Provide weekly influencer performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements in campaigns.
  • Maintain budget sheets for paid/barter collaborations.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Trend knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & travel content.
  • Ability to find influencers quickly using search tools.
  • Good coordination skills & professional behaviour.
  • Experience in managing multiple influencers at once.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UGC creators
  • Knowledge of Meta platforms
  • Data tracking (Excel/Sheets)
  • Creative reel idea generation
  • Understanding of travel content style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
