Job Description

Position: Influencer Marketer Executive

Experience: 0-3 Years
Location: Girgaon, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Influencer Marketer who understands the creator economy, digital culture, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with youth-centric brands, creator collaborations, campaign execution, negotiation management, and result tracking. If you are someone who can convert ideas into impactful content partnerships — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Identify, evaluate & shortlist new influencers/creators based on fit, audience quality, and brand requirement
  • Negotiate collaboration deliverables, usage rights, and pricing with influencers or their managers
  • Create campaign structures, communication frameworks and innovate on new content collaboration formats
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, content approvals, and ensure quality delivery as per contract

Relationship Building & Networking

  • Build strong long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, managers & creator networks
  • Maintain a live database of creators across categories, niches & follower segments
  • Attend industry events, brand campaigns, shoots, meet-ups for networking and collaboration opportunities

Reporting, Research & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare periodic reports
  • Track digital trends, cultural moments, and viral content opportunities
  • Study competitors, category leaders, and industry shifts for strategic improvements
  • Coordinate with internal brand, content, and marketing teams for multi-platform strategies

Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of Indian & global digital creator space
  • Strong communication, negotiation & influencer management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines & manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of influencer strategy, pricing, contracting & performance evaluation
  • Creative thinking with a strong grip on content trends and internet culture
  • Comfort with data — performance reports, analytics dashboards, campaign metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
