Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Manager located in Vadodara, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers, developing influencer strategies, managing influencer campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with influencers, negotiating and managing partnerships, creating compelling campaigns, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies. Qualifications Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing Skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Communication Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns Ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous experience with career development or education industry is a plus Show more Show less
