As we scale, we’re onboarding a growing roster of human creators whose likenesses will become AI avatars on our platform. What You’ll Do Creator Onboarding & Coordination Reach out to selected creators and guide them through our onboarding workflow. Manage contract signatures and maintain accurate records. Avatar Creation Process Coach creators on best-practice self-recording (lighting, framing, script delivery, audio). Collect raw footage and collaborate with the tech team to train our AI models. Track project status end-to-end and ensure deadlines are met. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding pipeline and suggest scalable solutions. Stay on top of new AI video tools and recommend the ones that can improve speed or quality. Who You Are AI-Savvy – You follow the latest advances in generative AI and video tech. Self-Starter – You love figuring things out independently and thrive in ambiguous situations. Marketing-Aware – You understand the basics of digital and influencer marketing. Great Communicator – Clear, concise, and friendly in both written and spoken English. Nice to Have Prior internship or project work in creator economy, talent management, or ad tech.
