You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships while building strategic plans that maximize campaign impact across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer AcquisitionsIdentify, research, and build a pipeline of relevant influencers across tech, auto, fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture domains.Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials to onboard influencers under campaign or long-term retainership models.Maintain updated influencer records including metrics like engagement, reach, audience demographics, and content relevance.Campaign Planning & ExecutionAssist in designing influencer marketing plans aligned with client briefs and campaign goals.Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop platform-specific content calendars and influencer deliverables.Track campaign execution, ensuring timely deliveries and content quality checks.Reporting & OptimizationCollect, analyze, and report on campaign data, providing actionable insights for optimization.Coordinate with client servicing teams to present influencer impact reports with qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for influencers, agencies, and internal teams.Maintain healthy relationships with top-tier influencers for recurring collaborations. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in media, digital agencies, or lifestyle brands.Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance metrics.Experience using influencer marketing tools/platforms is a plus.
