Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain organized files and version control of all design assets. Ensure timely delivery of creative materials within project timelines. 5. Market Awareness & Innovation Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication. Recommend innovative design solutions and techniques to improve engagement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely delivery of creative projects. Quality and originality of design work. Brand consistency across platforms. Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external feedback). Contribution to improved engagement metrics (e.g., CTR, reach, conversions). Qualifications & Skills: 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in a digital agency is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, corel draw, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and related software. This role requires excellent design sense, accuracy, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into precise working drawings that meet project requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities:Drafting & Design: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings , plans , sections , elevations , and details using AutoCAD. Convert conceptual sketches , design briefs , and specifications into technical drawings. Assist in the development of design concepts , 3D models, and presentation drawings. Ensure that drawings comply with regulations , and company standards . Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, or clients . Coordination & Documentation: Maintain drawing records , revision logs, and version control for all project documents. Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure design consistency. Assist in the preparation of construction documents , permit drawings , and as-built plans . Support the team in site measurements , surveys , and documentation . Technical & Project Support: Conduct quality checks on drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare layouts, schedules, and material specifications as required. Provide drafting support during construction and coordination meetings . Ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture , Civil Engineering , or a related field. Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman , Architectural Drafter , or similar role (typically 2–5 years). Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of Revit , SketchUp , Photoshop , or Lumion is an advantage. Strong understanding of architectural detailing , construction methods , and building codes . Excellent attention to detail , organization , and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
