Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for reaching out to hotels and hospitality groups across India, introducing them to the Infinique brand and product range, and driving business leads through effective communication, relationship-building, and follow-ups. This role is primarily outreach and communication focused — involving calls, emails, lead management, and coordination with the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities .Conduct outbound calls to hotels (independent and chains) to introduce Infinique Amenities LLP and its product range. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management. Understand client requirements and effectively pitch products aligned with hotel standards and brand positioning. Maintain a structured database of potential clients and update CRM or lead sheets regularly. Coordinate with internal teams for sample dispatches, quotations, and proposal preparation. Schedule meetings (online or physical) for senior sales managers with potential clients. Support in collecting market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and trends in the hospitality amenities space. Represent the brand professionally and uphold Infinique’s ethos of quality, responsibility, and customer care.
