Participate in infection prevention/control and hygiene audits
Periodic schedule of Audit educational programs on infection control to nursing team
Ensure designated Staff Nurses are following infection control protocols in each shift
Ensure compliance with the hospitals biomedical waste (BMW) management policy
To implement and monitor infection control protocols, practices and SOPs including hand hygiene, immunization, bed side infections control methods, needle stick injuries, surgical site infections, central line associated infection and isolation protocols
Experience in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to converse in local language Hindi, English, Telugu
SKILL Knowledge of epidemiology, infectious diseases, vaccine etc Data analysis & interpretation
Coaching and mentoring
Effective oral and written communication Skills
Qualification
GNM/B.Sc
Nursing recognized by INC / TSNC.
