The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, managing data-driven tasks, and supporting operational and strategic objectives of our organization. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain eCommerce websites, marketplaces, and blogs to ensure seamless operations and timely updates. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to derive actionable insights. - Maintain and update comprehensive databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity over time. - Ensure regular updates of financial products, interest rates, and product attributes on platforms in coordination with banks and credit unions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and process improvements. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain industry competitiveness and relevance for our offerings. - Regularly communicate with international teams (primarily the US team) to share progress updates and ensure alignment. - Assist in driving operational efficiency by independently handling day-to-day assignments with the utmost precision and adherence to processes. - Utilize industry research to provide recommendations and insights that support decision-making and strategic goals. Requirements: - Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in data research, market analysis, or related field (preferred). - Education: Bachelors degree in Business or similar field. - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Knowledge of SQL and WordPress would be an added advantage. - Exceptional analytical skills with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently after initial training. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and tools. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in assignments and projects.
