Your Key Responsibilities:Involved in preparing reports which need to be submitted to head office in GermanyTele-calling to our German members, Indian companies for updating databases, inviting for events, co-ordination for meetings. Preparing presentation on various topics.Research on various subjects for work.Visiting events, seminars, attending webinars and preparations of reports/ write up.Coordination with hotel and colleagues for events organised.Follow-up with clients for event coordination, payment, etc.Handle of social media/ branding/ digital marketing etc What We are Looking For:Graduation in Economics, Engineering, or Management is preferred.Strong command of spoken and written English is essential.Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Exposure to digital marketing or CRM tools is an added advantage.1–2 years of relevant experience is helpful, though we value the right attitude and willingness to learn above all.Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Important Notes:This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Kolkata.
