Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industry 4.0 Software Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting edge Industry 4.0 software solutions, helping our clients to optimize their manufacturing processes and achieve digital transformation. Location Bengaluru Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Industry 4.0 software solutions. Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and production managers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Siemens Industry 4.0 software. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in technology software/hardware solution sales. Proven track record of successful software sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, automation, data analytics, and digital twins. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
