As a Product Developer cum Junior Merchandiser at our textile manufacturing unit in Kalyan specializing in PPE & industrial workwear, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and order execution processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of new products, coordinating sample development, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking orders, liaising with clients, and staying updated with market trends. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Textile, Fashion, or Apparel Design/Manufacturing, along with at least 12 years of experience in product development or merchandising, preferably in the PPE/industrial garments sector. Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and safety standards will be advantageous. Strong communication, coordination, and computer skills are essential for effective performance in this position. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 per month, you will be entitled to benefits such as PF, paid leave, and yearly bonus.
