As a Corporate Industrial Sales representative, your role is to drive and manage sales activities within the industrial and corporate sectors. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a crucial part in developing sales strategies, participating in review meetings, and collaborating with support teams to maximize sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly visit customers with team members to build and maintain strong relationships. - Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. - Compulsorily attend all sales reviews and sales strategy meetings of the sales team. - Contribute insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and performance. - Participate actively in all Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) chat spaces to stay updated on team activities and progress. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth sales operations. - Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. - Take responsibility for converting sales leads and opportunities generated by the entire team. - Focus exclusively on industrial and corporate sales, ensuring no involvement with the trader's team. - Develop and implement strategies explicitly tailored to industrial and corporate clients. - Collaborate with the Traders and Purchase teams to generate and convert sales opportunities. - Leverage the support of these teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in industrial and corporate sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mentor and guide a sales team effectively. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
