Oversee all HSE operations of manufacturing unit and monitor compliance to the safety guidelines and policies in all manufacturing units to foster a physically safe environment for factory employees and ensure manufacturing operations are legally compliant. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property in manufacturing units. Conduct audit at all the location to observe the deviations across the factories and ensure the fire and safety measures across the plants with latest technology. Highlight situations, to the Factory Head, where employee safety could potentially be compromised in order to resolve the issues to maintain safe operations. Manage the overall planning and installation of the required equipment as per the established protocols to uphold safety standards. Ensure the installation of safety alarms within and around building premises.

Role & responsibilities 3-7 years of experience in managing safety and security operations in a warehouse setting . Safety Compliance Monitoring - Regularly review and ensure adherence to Safety regulations and company policies. - Conduct Center FLS Audits to identify the potential hazards and noncompliance issues. - Ensure monthly Safety Committee meetings are planned and conducted in line with operations. - Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives. Incident Prevention, Reporting and Investigation - Ensure all the Incidents are captured, Investigated and implemented CAPA to prevent recurrence. - Analyze incident trends to identify areas of improvement. - Promote proactive measures to prevent personal injuries and incidents. Promoting Safety Culture - Actively promote a positive safety culture. - Organize Safety Trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns for employees. Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with different departments to ensure unified approach to safety. - Communicate effectively with the employees at all levels about safety policies and procedures. - Encourage feedback from the employees to continuously improve safety culture.2 Risk Assessment and Documentation - Stay updated on Safety regulations and Industry best practices. - Conduct HIRA for the new task, equipment and process. - Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training and incidents data. Emergency Preparedness - Assist in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plan. - Ensure staffs are trained and familiar with the emergency procedures. Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of experience in managing safety and security operations in a warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE). Experience in developing and implementing safety and security policies and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to conduct training sessions and foster a culture of safety and security. Proficient in using security and safety management software and tools. Relevant certifications in safety or security management are preferred (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Security Management Certification).
