Develop and implement strategic IR and ER plans aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain cordial industrial relations through proactive engagement with employees and unions.
Handle industrial disputes, grievance redressal, and disciplinary proceedings in accordance with legal frameworks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable factory laws, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to manage dispute resolution and represent the company in legal forums when required.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential IR issues.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management.
Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders as needed.
